    RIP Macca, you were much loved at QPR. Our captain and leader, and the best centre back ever to wear the blue and white hoops.

      unlike most qpr players i had a real personal link up with alan ,i can remember talking to him and ian stewert when they were both youngsters,it seems only yesterday that they were teenagers,i just cant believe this magnificent player has lost his life so tragically young,as a player i loved the way that alan could read the game so well.im heartbroken hes gone
