  • 75 years a Ranger

On 9th march my Dad Ron Fogden passed away.
75 years of supporting rangers, the last 16 as a season ticket holder with me. His first game was when he was 5, and his last saw us promoted against Leeds. In truth we have watched some dross over the years, but we watched it together, and those memories will live with me for ever.
I Can't face rangers at the moment, but will be back soon, with my son to inflict the same torment on him :-)
Dad was sure we would stay up this season, the last conversation I had with him was about rangers, and he was certain we would stay up which going on most of his predictions means championship footy next year.
While most of you never new Dad or me, I know we are part of the QPR family and all of us have blue and white blood.
I miss my saturdays at rangers with him, but will cherish the memories.
