Have read all the critisism concerning being **** and lacking effort today.

I must have watched a different game,we were playing against a team costing hundreds of millions,chasing champions league football and who fancied their chances of winning the league.

With half a dozen reserves we restricted them to a couple of powder puff shots and they only scored as we all know via a joke penalty decision.

We had a couple of decent chances and could have nicked a draw at the end.

Yes we all know Smith,Mackie,Hall,Hill,Macheda and Buzz are not top prem players but I thought Hill and Hall had decent games.

Not sure what some of our fans expect,anyone seeing the team sheets today must have feared a right tonking, however due to effort they made the **** look a poor side.

Totally agree, look much more organised than a month ago, just lack quality but that is being addressed. Don't think the early start helped anyone except the police !

some good points , but where was the spirit that beat them earliar in the season , mackie buzz and swp were dire today, barton was our best player as he wanted to pass the ball not just hump it up, pointless as david luis won everything in the air

We made an average looking Chelshyte side, look like bleedin' Barcelona at times today.
This is how "good" Chelshyte are, Rangers were rubbish, not mustering a shot on goal until injury time, and yet, Paddy Kenny was a virtual spectator himself, so little he had to do, and in the end, the jammy fookers only won thanks to the lamest looking penalty decision I have seen in a fookin' long time.

We could have, should have, done a lot better.

With 4 possibly 5 of Hughes best starting line up missing we did okay and are much more organised. With Taiwo, Onuaha, Taarabt, Traore and DJ back in the starting eleven (Hopefully for Villa on Weds) we'll see a very different QPR.

I have noticed that most of the severely negative posts by people on here came very soon after the final whistle, watching on the net or listening on the radio/QPR Plater etc you do not see the whole picture and all the effort put in off the ball that we all see at the stadium. So not really valid criticism.

I was there, in lower loft, and our performance was abysmal, to say the least.
Chelshyte were there for the taking, we passed up the opportunity to do so.

Why on earth are Chelsea average? Matta looked out of this world today. Some of the touches from Chelsea were the kinds of moments we can only dream of. Fans are so blinkered sometimes in that they just turn a blind eye to the skill of the other team. I don't know if you've ever actually played the game, but if you have you will know that sometimes you come across a team who are just so good they pass it round you as if you weren't there. Techincally we are scarcely in the same league as them. Its a tribute to Hughes's organisation and fighting spirit in defence that we restricted them. I wd love to hear your team talk to know how you wd have set us up differently and beaten Chelsea...

to be fair i watched it on Setanta and the commentators the whole game were saying same things...QPR have let Chelsea off easily...No passion and no fight...QPR players dont look interested...bet Hughes is wishing he could bring 9 or 10 players in for the relegation battle to come...No quality....no midfield...its like a training match for Chelsea as QPR are not pressing and just letting them have possesion.... making Chelsea look better...No technique first half....etc..etc..

i could go on and it really didnt look good on the TV (luckily it wasnt on national TV!)...in retrospect with the players we had out there i think we did well to keep it at 0 - 1 and im hoping 5 or 6 of them will be nothing more than reserves next week.

Even if you're at the game it's easy to air your frustrations straight after the match. After a while I can think rationally and see the positives. Not too disappointed today, thought the defence played well, HH and Buzz carrying injuries we just lacked a bit of quality going forward.

We are not that easy to stretch as a team any longer.
That´s an improvement of vital importance.
