Was that stoke disallowed goal a handball. Looked like chest/shoulder What a finish and tbh that would of been a deserving way to end the game. We don't have anyone capable of scoring goals like the 2 yesterday.

I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it! -

I think, with our injuries, that a point against Stoke is acceptable although Stoke looked distinctly average. However, I do not hold with the idea that things will improve a great deal when our injured players return. We have not looked very good when some of them were playing earlier in the season.
I wish I were wrong but Marti seems lost and in my opinion, should have gone at the start of the international break. You may say "and then what"?
We all have an opinion about that but doing nothing might be our undoing.
I hope I am wrong and Marti turns this around, if he gets the chance, But I can't see it. I will gladly eat lashings of humble pie if I am wrong.Comment

I wenI went to the game yesterday, was my first of the season. It wasn't great for sure, but it wasn't a bottom of the table performance. We definitely lack quality, creativity and any cutting edge. Celar looked awful, but I didn't at any point feel that Marti had lost the players.Comment

if this team got a run of injury free games

Paal

Dembele
Saito
Frey
Subs Bench from
Walsh
Morrison
Ashby
Morgan
Madsen
Anderson
Lloyd
Celar

it doesn't look so bad - another left back and a striker in Jan

I would bench Dunne for Morrison, Paal doesn't look interested in most games he has played in.Comment

As always a number of issues arose again. Celar's lack of effort (Totally out shone by Lloyd), Smyth' lack of self control when shooting (his effort/work rate is excellent) and Dunne's decision making in defense (he is a whole hearted team player). Not saying we would have won but cut out half of these errors and we have a shout at staying up with this team or just even winning a game!.Comment

No Varane in squad, think he is improving every game, team you picked has too many small weak players, need muscle in this league.Comment

Only one person saw it, our Twelfth player yesterday Gavin Ward, first real homer I have seen in a long time, seemed desperate for us to win
Stoke fans had a meltdown about him, can’t say I blame them.Comment

I think we are at the stage now where it's last chance saloon for Marti. We must win on Wednesday given who we are playing and that Preston have an ordinary Stoke side and Hull have a winnable home game against Sheffield Wednesday.Comment

Going to buy you some rose tinted glasses sunglasses Ron because you're very negative. Might as well just give up now

Or it will be no wins in 13 with the gap to safety being at least six points and no signs to suggest that we are capable of turning this around or that we have a manager capable of anything resembling a plan b. I’m sorry but I just don’t see how he survives a defeat. It gives a manager the best part of a month to assess the dross we have and attack the window with signings they want.

Last season Marti was a hero and now he's a rubbish manager? Did he deliberately tell Celar to miss that penalty? With appropriate squad adjustments in Jan hes as good as anyone to get us out of this. We cant keep wasting money sacking managers when that dosh could make all the difference to the squad.

Last season Marti looked as though he had Plans A, B and C. This season he looks like he’s struggling with Plan A, let alone there not being any discernible Plans B or C.

I don’t think any club is giving any manager another 12 games, to the close of the window, when their record is 1 in 13.Comment
