I maintain the 'spare tickets' thread. From now on I will only 'soft-delete' out of date posts (instead of physically removing them) and will keep them there for a week after the last game. This will be a way to ensure we can identify any non-payers as in cases such as this. If this happens to anyone else from now on please PM me about it within one week following the game and I will intervene with whatever action may be appropriate. Please let's not allow an unfortunate case like this to put members off using this service in future. This is the first time something like this has come to our attention from what has otherwise been a greatly beneficial service to R's fans over the last couple of years.
