The latter is a bit extreme. Paper cut it and chuck some vinegar on it by all means, but to actually lop the fella off is abit Arab IMO.

Certainly name n shame though surely? Be good for us to all to be able to throw such deep cutting insults at him as "divv head" and "gay face". That would certainly teach him not to rip off a fellow R again anytime soon.
