I see what you mean but it does help getting the odd favour here and there. Like last week, every team around us lost. I hate weeks where we win or draw, and the teams immediately above us do the same.

No of course, but questions like what is the best result for us or getting annoyed when they go and win are pointless. We just have to keep getting results ourselves...

for sure. our fate is in our own hands, if we pick up wins and everyone else does too, we can't say we haven't tried in the run in.

Just like last season we are going to need results from other games to give us a chance to stay up. We could win every one of our remaining games but will make no difference if teams around us win theirs too. We are bottom and floundering so we need as much help as possible.

Most of our remaining games are against teams around us, we can't both win.

Agree. Other teams dipping in form or winning hasnt affected us this season as we've just been losing most weeks.
