Good players do not make a good team. you can look at the England team when we had the golden generation and they produced nothing. Our championship winning team was a good team as everyone knew their role and gelled.

With Queen's Park Rangers, nothing is ever so straightforward. We will have it tough in the Championship, no matter who stays/goes. You can almost bet on that with the utmost confidence.

Key word you're missing is confidence. Take that away from good players and you get overpaid, not interested average misfits.
