The OP contradicts himself though. He says he accepts other peoples views but then tells people not to post negative ones on his thread, or when and where they can express them.

Think you misunderstood him a little Sammy. All he was saying was it's totally fine if you want to be critical but asked just try to make it constructive criticism as opposed to the moaning and negativity we have on the many other threads. There is a difference between the two I'm sure you realise. It seems reasonable and not too much to ask to have at least one thread for this.

Back on topic its bleak but its not over.

I have written the United game off so anything we take from that is a bonus.

They key is an early win followed up with another. If we do that and those above us slip up the difference could be as little as a point. If you look at our two fixtures after United and those directly above us there is every chance the gap could be down 3 points as they have tough games and I would expect us to pick up four points from Southampton and Sunderland

Villa have Arsenal next up and Reading face Wigan. After that Villa have Man City, Everton face Reading and Wigan take on Liverpool. There are not masses of points there for those teams so if we get four or even six points from Sunderland and Southampton followed up with Villa away and the table could look a tad more healthier

The odds are aganist us and a betting man would defo be lumping on us but the dimming light is the run of games we have coming up. Early win and staying undefeated keeps us just about in the chase

I cant see anyone who thinks we will be relegated getting angry, I can only see people getting angry with the people who think we will be relegated which is absurd. Also this is where you let yourself down and I don't think you go to many games, as you would know that a few happy clappy threads, sprinkled with pixie dust on here wont get fans behind the team on Saturday, TEAM TO NEED SHOW A BIT OF SPUNK and the crowd will react, thats the way it works and if you went, you would know that.

PS: I think we wont loose tomorrow and we may even get 3pts.

Where have I said I am a better fan than you and where did I say I go to games ?

I just said that fans respond to the players putting a shift, not players responding to fans who write/read happy clappy ******** on a website. As you go to lots of games you know that, so what post nonsense. You really do need to stop your knickers getting in such a twist.

All im saying is, park it for the time being because its getting boring just like our conversation.

I am aware of the poor performances under Hughes, however the players have recently been trying very hard

1. Drew with the champs and spurs
2. Beat the scum away...

Enough said... Ill say it again, lets enjoy the prem because if we do go down. Barnsley at home will not be pretty....

get what your saying mate but its just not going to work. Majority of fans are angry and embarrassed at the bunch of losers we got as players for our club at this time. Not too many are interested in "constructive positivity" and telling fans to "park it" isnt going to change the fact that 2 wins all season we are odds on to go down. I am saving all mine up for the Sunderland game where if we dont get 3 points ill be giving them bunch of ******s as much abuse as those around me.
