    Why doesnt Zamora start??

Obviously BZ is carrying an injury at the moment, but why not start him and then take him off if need be? Each time he has come on, he has made a massive difference and we look far better up front. Why do we wait until its too late? Why not get a good start, and get in the lead for a change, instead of always chasing the game?

Bothroyd is not the best player in the world, but hes a striker, and I dont understand why he isnt at least given a go if we have no other options? Clearly we are lacking goals and strikers at the moment - so why not try him out? If he cant get in the team when there are no strikers available, then he never will.

He is still injured but HR says he can play 70 mins without any stops, so hence he cant play First Half as he will cease up at half time.......only at Rangers :-)

He's a raspberry. Not meana play more than 20 minutes at a time and cramps up when he does. Needs another operation in the summer that will put him out for 8 months - he's basically a write off.

Shame really as I like BZ.

Probably the same reason the manager picked an unfit goalkeeper who then produced his worst performance this season.

Matty I thought I heard that on radio saying he needs op which will keep him out for 8 months but thought they mixed weeks up with months!!!!! scary if he will be out basically 3/4 of next season

He has made a huge difference last two games he has come on. I was in the lower section at Swansea and it was clear after he scored he was limping around and when running looked in pain and injured. Got the impression he is playing when in normal circumstances he would still be sidelined so fair play to him for putting a shift in

I know mate I really like the bloke tbh and think he's a good striker that puts a shift in doing a thankless task up top. But, as you say, it's clear he ain't fit, he's farked. At his age, not too far off a career end tbh with this op he is due putting him out for 8 months, plus getting back to match fitness after that.

I agree totally with Dando, if BZ can only play one half it should be the first! Now is the time to go for it you never know we might actually go in at half time winning for a change? You never know the useless tosspots might like the feeling of being ahead and may give 100% for the rest of the game? Anyway all I know is I would rather pay to watch my 10 year old son play than this complete shower of muppets!
I used to have a Gold Card but now only have Bronze!

BZ can play for 10 minutes then any close up sees the grimace on his face because of the pain. Maybe he can play 30 minutes at a high level or 45 minutes at present.
But really if you are desperate for BZ to play through the pain barrier just to get any kind of attack going when he is obviously a bit f'd and all but retired earlier in the season it says more about what the January window than it does about BZ's hips.
