This is permanent, so are we still in for Townsend on loan?

This isn't as simple as shipping out Faurlin out and getting Jenas in. Faurlin was not happy playing a bit part where as I imagine Jenas is coming with the knowledge he won't be starting every week unless he proves himself first. Everyone needs to calm down, can't break our transfer record for every signing.

Also remember Nelsen. He was the one player nobody wanted.

No denying that arry has improved us, but this is so typical of him....

he has a pretty limited knowledge of footballers, hence him signing his old players...

              ah well fingers crossed

Could be tied into the Townsend deal.

I wouldn't say that.... Harry signed him for a top 4 team this time last year, and Hughes who had him at Blackburn signed him in the summer. There would've been plenty of takers for him.

Unlikely, however, the medical staff at Spurs are probnably overdue their annual leave, so Spurs could've said have Andros but take Jenas also to allow them to have some time off....

If he stays fit he'll be better than we have in the short term. His prem experience is much needed and he's more dynamic in centre midfield than Granero and Faurlin, Diakite doesn't appear to be in Favour judging by reports of him going to France. Harry's indicated playing 4-4-2 with BZ and Remy up front. Might see Samba and Mbia centre backs.

Well, Jenas is here now so we need to get behind him.

To be fair, he cannot possibly give the ball back to the opposition any quicker than our current bunch of midfielders.
