Harriman's a RB. And, given his age, he doesn't need to be named in the 25. I can't understand why you're so hostile to and horrible about a player we know nothing about...... And I haven't rated Park since Swansea.....Comment

I suspect Fabio is here for the season. However, he can play at right back and also has featured (briefly) in a midfield role so is versatile. Traore doesn't seem to be a player Harry fancies as a full back - and I only rate him going forward (for what my opinion's worth). If this guy comes in and plays left back and Fabio right back, that frees up Neddy to play a centre back which he states is his preferred place and Harry may see this as the answer to the problem. Not my idea of solving it because I'm not sure Neddy is a good enough CB - but maybe that's it.
What is relevant however is that Harry sees Fabio as a better left back option than Traore and if this guy turns out to be better than Fabio then it makes sense?#standuptocancer

Because I doubt very much it's a signing made for the right reasons , I'm sick to the teeth off us signing mercenaries , players to sell shirts in SE Asia or players looking for a final big pay day. I'm also not impressed Asians who turn up to LR to support an individual player and not the team.Comment

Actually Fabio's preferred position is RB, same as his brother, only he's played LB most his life as Rafael played RB. This is why he played all pre season RB.
It's quite possible Fabio will either go RB with Onouha moving to CB, or they will cover the RB birth between them now Dyer's gone also. The new guy will cover LB with Traore.... Hardly overun with players in those departments are we so why try and create a negative slant to it....? The fact Fabio can cover LB / RB / LM and Onouha can cover RB / CB, and Traore can cover LB / LM gives us flexibility. That's a good thiing not bad....Comment

Olympics you mean? wasnt widely watched or followed over here mate. Count for nothing as its 2 bob. Got to give this lad a chance i agree but i think he will need to hit the ground running to prove to the fans its not another Fernandes marketing signing. Seen good reports of him though so i am positive.Comment

As another poster said before why would want to tinker with a settled defence our main focus with the defence should be signing a CBActually Fabio's preferred position is RB, same as his brother, only he's played LB most his life as Rafael played RB. This is why he played all pre season RB.

thanks
apart from the fact that Olympics aint popular here, yun did play well, and GB wingers couldnt stand a chance. Not that I am underestimating them. I am just saying he deserves a chance here in the PLComment

Well a CB needs to replace Nelsen that much is known. He may sign a like for like and leave the others as they are. the point being this signing will be adequate to make up the numbers if nothing else for back up.Comment

Harry's played three LBs since Boxing Day. Wouldn't call that a settled position. Fabio's done well as LB, mind. Traore, however, however good he is going forward, really can't defend. And Ben Haim played there badly because he hasn't a left foot.Comment
