Very poor doesn't seem to be able to beat the first man, on many times when he has we can look dangerous? Problem is about 85% of his free kicks/Corners very rarely do get into the danger area.

He beats the first man, then. He should see every dead ball situation as a penalty.

Is free kicks at shooting distance are good. Corners and the rest well I personally would rather see fabio in them positions taking them.

He probably thinks hitting them hard and low is better than floating one into the box. Obviously not working so I don't know why he persists with it

He crossed it once in the entire game and guess what, it sailed effortlessly into the keeper's hands and not a single hooped shirt in the box. Then in the 2nd half he used great skill to break free into box from a throw in front of R block, only to get closed down by 2 defenders cos as usual he held on to it for too long when the pass was on to 3 hooped shirts in the box.

And again in the 1st half in front of x block he tried to dummy the spuds defender so much that he dummied himself and needlessly knocked the ball over the byline for a goal kick right in front of their fans to their great amusement.

I'm afraid the omens weren't good for Adel today after his embarrassing sky interview this morning. Anyone who saw it will know what I'm talking about.

He did big himself up a bit in that interview aha, although he was joking around in most of it! The nutmeg bit

For such a talented player they really were awful.

That was the sum total of his contribution today as you saw it?

Yes he made some poor decisions/mistakes. He also ran his heart out up front, and made 3 or 4 defence splitting passes. Pretty much the way he performs most games. The degree of success/failure varies but he is stil the best player we have going forward.

His set-pieces have been poor however and I much prefer Granero taking them. Might be worth letting someone else have a go tbf

What's this interview this morning referred to ?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Agree with you Deepcut. That's why you tear your hair out watching him at times because with all his undoubted talent he still consistently cocks up the simple balls or when he's used unbelievable skill to get himself into a great position he either fluffs the final pass or he holds onto it too long and gets tackled.

As has been said many times before. If he didn't do the stupid/greedy things, he would not be a QPR player.
