He's correct we would be in league 1? because we would have very little ability in the team and just runner which gets you nowhere.

That could be. But again, the players would have signed for the wrong reasons. On the other hand, we are getting used to that now..

What about swapping Bosingwa or Park for Hangeland ?

Two highly paid underperformers not even starting games.

Would make more sense from a football perspective than swapping Mackie who actually plays and contributes to the team.

I hear people at the ground come up with similar quotes. One the other week even said, and I quote, "if we had 11 Jamie Mackies we would be top of the league." What they actually mean by that is if we had 11 players of Adel's ability and Mackie's puff we wd be top of the league. Which might be true. 11 actual Jamie Mackies and we wd struggle in the Championship. Because so many of our players are so lazy, some of our fans have exaggerated the qualities of Mackie because he is a trier and a decent bloke.
