    Villa entering free-fall?

    I can't see Wigan going down for some reason...experience in this situation I suppose and they can really play well sometimes.

    Reading should be going down. If Villa keep playing like the last two games they could be the team that we catch along with Southampton. 8 points we need to turn around on them. GD matters not at the moment, but theirs is shocking.

    Can see those last two thrashings sending them into free-fall.

    Hate to depend on others results, we keep talking about others falling yet we fail to win those winnable games at Loftus Road so pathetic.

      Got news for you - we will be relying on the results of others. Technically, we probably already are.

          I think we will be in a 5 team mini league down there: Soton, Us, Reading, Wigan & Villa.

            I would add Norwich to that Matty. Don't ask me why but I always go with my gut and got feeling they will go on a horrible run

              Mate I said this last week n all but when I said it I didn't realise the farkers had gone 11 unbeaten! I dont know off the top of my head how many points they have but they must have a fair few on the board now dont they? But you're spot on I think they are due a right stinker of a run which could well drag em down into it.

                I would actually feel sorry to see Villa go down, good club with a good history.

                  If they're in freefall we've already smashed into the hard ground after our parachute failed to open. Were going down and were finishing bottom. Every other team will put up a decent fight but we're by far the worst team in this division.

                    Must be weird being a Villa fan, similar to Everton, Toon, spurs and before them Wednesday, big clubs with huge following but unlikely in the modern game to achieve success. Man utd, arsenal and now Chelsea and city dominate top 4 places, champions league qualification.

                    All these huge clubs can look forward to is the odd FA run and maybe a 4th place finish once every 10 years. I think the toons hardcore fans enjoyed their year in the championship, they were for once the big fish, had success and for many felt closer to their club, it may actually be good for Villa to have a year in the lower league, something different to perennial under achieves tag in the premiership and being humiliated by the likes of Chelsea who are really no bigger than them except for their owners respective pocket.

                      They could lose 20-0 every week still doesn't make a difference to us if we can't at least win our home games.

                        Mate, I'm half skint at the mo, wouldn't mind sharing the winning lottery numbers for this Saturday would ya? Could really do with a few extra £.

                          First and foremost we need to worry about no one else's results than our own. Others points will come into it when we have about 10 games left. Until then we should only worry about our games and winning them!!

                            Hi, we're on 25 atm, Chelski beat us 1 nil yesterday although we played well, and its Man City away Sat followed by West Ham away next Tuesday.;

                            So whilst they're hard games for sure, we are playing well.

                            Fingers crossed.

                              25? Nah you're well safe then mate. Against all expectations tbh I thought you would struggle massively this season - but turns out thats us. Again
