Still championship standard, if we want to bring in players I'm afraid some have to go and these are just not good enough Hill has done ok but age is against him, Ferdinand don't want to see him in a Rangers shirt again totally useless just marks space.

We can't change the entire team again in Jan. Surely we have learned from our mistakes. If you get rid of nine players you just end up bringing in nine others who are hardly any better, and all at massive cost. What we need is two or three really decent players. Question is whether we will be able to attract them to a club staring relegation in the face.

Cisse has to go and new strikers have to come in. We've nothing up front. We are where we are because we've absolutely nothing up front. No new strikers; no chance.

hill must stay. he is value. adds more than half the players out there. he's had a bad game today - they all did (bar green). move on. a loss. as stainrod says - cant just chuck people out.

Hill, Mackie and Derry (as a sub admitedly) at least offer spirit that is sadly missing from some of the other mercenaries we have
