    Sacking Hughes after Man U

It is well known that I have wanted Hughes sacked from early on this season. And I did not base my opinion on us losing a few matches, but rather on my belief that I do not think he is a good manager, and that we should not waste this time in our history where we for the first time have plenty of money to spend by giving it to Hughes.

That said, I am not sure if he should be sacked after the Man U game. The fact is, they're still a strong team, OT is still a formidable venue, and they will be up for it after the humiliation at Carrow Road. So is it fair that we should sack Sparky once we get hammered? I say no, he either has to go before, or he should get Sunderland.

How about making him sit in the dug out knowing he is being fired. He hated that humiliation at Manchester City and his arrogance is really grating. It would be nice to see him squirming in his seat. Alex Ferguson is supposed to have a pretty low opinion of him, isn't he?

I think it'd be good for a new gaffer to have Utd as his first game - expected to lose, no pressure at all, just a chance to get to know the players, implement his matchday procedures etc ahead of 2 winnable games.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I thought you were on a winner with your comment that seems to have found it's way to being EYR's signature.

If he is going, get it done with. Caretaker in charge is fine for Man U.

If the players and him go up to Manchester by coach, maybe they should arrange for him to miss the coach. Or maybe somebody should tell him the games been changed to Sunday.

He will be given the chance to get something in the games against Sunderland,Villa and maybe Wigan, and if he doesnt turn it around then it will be a new manager giving him 4 weeks to work with his squad before going to TF with a list of players he needs in Jan

He shouldn't be getting a minute longer . The new manager syndrome may well get points in the games mentioned . Hughes wont

too late for Hughes, he has failed and is a deadman walking. Fernandes should swallow the cost to get rid of him and should have a successor lined up already if he has been doing his job as Chairman properly.
£75 million pay out per club from SKY next season isnt there?
Hesitation will cost us in the end.

If we get HR before - and the syndrome does not work - we have to look for another one

But will it.im sorry, not defending MH coz some of his decisions have been crazy but the players on the pitch determine there own mindset and there are quite a few that do not want to wear the shirt and its there attitude that will bring the whole team down, look at Faurlin have you ever see him be that non existant in a game before. The old guard showed the passion saturday Mackie and Derry and to most these 2 should not be given a sniff of being in our team.

The way I see it mate is we might as well roll the dice . If Hughes stays were down end of , the players clearly don't respect him and his record especially away from home is disgusting . He shows no signs of learning from his mistakes and is so arrogant he will not accept this is his doing . Time to **** him off and give the job to Harry , someone who in my opinion despite not being everyone's cup of tea is a premier league manager and hopefully ( please god) capable of whipping this pathetic bunch into shape . I personally wouldn't wait
