The longer it is left the less of a chance we have of getting a good manager, no premiership manager will want to manage a side which are going to be in the championship next season unless they are paid silly money and then they will only be here for the money so won't really care so no difference, get someone now and we have a chance. Give them a bonus for keeping us up and then re do their contract for next season.
