Not too far off on your player ratings, I think many including myself were guilty of expecting a lot more quality out of this bunch! To me it became clear very early that most of these guys are not as good as we hoped and it has shown on the pitch with the lack of results! The Stoke match also showed me that these players are more interested in blaming each other when things go wrong than trying to chase the game down! To answer your question, I doubt any manager can turn this team around! The new guy will have to spend once again in January if there is any hope of survival!

Not entirely, I think he's over the top in negativity but there are points he makes that I agree with! Every player seems to have flaws that are being exposed and yes I know no player is perfect but collectively they are failing!

Bit of an unfair post as youre saying it like the whole board is in agreement with all of what youve said about the players, whereas, in reality, theres porbably a handful of people agree with most of them. Some of them (ie Derry should play ahead of Faurlin), Ive never even seen anybody say that. Thats pretty much like saying you'd rather 5have a stroke of Luke Chadwicks nut sack than hang out the back of Mila Kunis no handed.

That didn't cost us but it could so you wonder if after his YC it might be better to take him off?

Personally think Diakite is mustard. Looks an absolute tank when he gets going with the ball , just wish he would shoot abit more often.
