The fact TF seems to proud to admit he`s made a mistake ,is very worrying , imagine this wage bill in the Championship

But if he sacked Hughes, then lets say the replacement hadn't won in his first half a dozen games and a few players started to speak out and suppose Fernandes bowed to pressure and sacked the new bloke as well - would you praise him for "learning from his mistakes", or savage him for being some mad Briatore character who won't see anything through?

So easy to criticise the running of a club in massive transition - so much harder to run it.

so much easier if the manager you appoint to run the club actually wins a game and is a half decent manger. Make mistake,recognise mistake,rectify mistake.

An extra 22,000 seats would bring in around 16 million extra revenue a season. TV and sponsorship revenue is to rise to just under 100 million a seasons from next year. Up 40 million from this year. We don't need a new ground to compete in this modern premier league. Tony is looking at this for the long term as it would take at least 10 years to pay off a new stadium. It is by no means vital to make this club profitable. We still havnt seen the accounts with a full years prem money yet!!

Don't forget there's additional revenue in stadium advertising and revenue from extra attendees who will buy food, drink, merchandise, and of course it will be multi-purpose. There's also the fact that bank base rate is at 0.5% so now is the time to borrow money for a new stadium.

Our short term future with the current manager might look worrying, but the long term plan looks good, providing we can stay in this league. That's why I believe TF will push the button on Hughes when he feels he needs to and he'll have a replacement lined up. We need to trust the chairman on these matters. I do not believe for one moment he's going to lead us into oblivion. He's got a lot of money tied up in us and his professional business reputation is at stake.

No ones saying running a football club is easy .At what point do you say enough is enough then ??? When we`re in the championship again ,when ?

REALLY worried?....................Nah! QPR doesnt register on the list of things to really worry about. Family, health, finances, that sort of thing tend to take priority over a football club.

Looking at it that we will get relegated

Everything is geared around the club staying in the Premier League.

In my opinion Fernandes did not surround himself with the right people from day one.

The upper management at the club was all geared around Mark Hughes, from technical director to Kia, to the signings the works.

It's left us in a really bad situation.

Tony Fernandes needs to get a grip of whats going on, the wage bill, the club , the fans, the works everything.

We have to many people milking QPR for a fortune at the moment and that needs to change.

All is not lost he can pick up the phone and bring in a new manager, sure it will cost a few quid getting rid of Hughes but getting relegated will cost us more.

We as fans need to start being a bit more vocal on this before it's to late.
