Whats the best home game you have ever been to

    Mine was

QPR V Oldham 1-0 2005 in the playoffs
Absolutely brilliant atmosphere, the right result, and Holloway taking to the mike at the end of the game

        Think that's my one too.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Oldham for me also - although the Stoke game last year is also up there. Nearly $hit my pants celebrating, was going mental.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

My first game was QPR v Sheffield United a few seasons ago, loved that game, played really well and Ale scored a banger. I think the feeling after the Stoke home game last season was immense, with Bolton throwing away a 2-0 lead and us grabbing a late winner. Not to mention the Liverpool comeback.

Olham was great but got put in hospital on way home by Oldham fans and result in Cardiff which scars my memory. Lvpl/stoke last year was great but the full emotion around the Leeds game made that the best. Score didn't matter, it was all about the party.

The Stoke game last year for me. The way everything went from complete despair to jubilation in the space of a second made it!! And the hearing that West Brom had equalised at Bolton.
"Imagine a relationship that went wrong but you held on in there for years: that's what it is like supporting a football team. Your loyalty to a team can never die. Ties are stronger than they could ever be with a woman. If she goes and sleeps with your best mate, it's over. If the Rs' boss, Ian Holloway, slept with my best mate, QPR would still be my team. Even if many of the things that you loved about going to matches have gone - terraces, team shirts without sponsors and being able to smoke at grounds - you still stick with your team." - Peter Doherty.

QPR 2 Arsenal 1 in March or April 1978. We had to win because we were in real danger of being relegated from the old First Division. Game always stands out. Bowles scored a great goal.

This was the best atmosphere for me.

Other highlight probably beating Spurs 4-1 in the 90's after Sheringham put them 1-0 up. Made better by thte fact my Spurs supporting mate was with me in the paddock....

1997/98 season we smashed Middlesborough 5-0 totally out of the blue on a Wednesday night.

Probably Leeds in 76, but the last 5 or 6 home games of that season were a magic time for our club.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
