I'm losing respect for TF for actually sticking with him. If you could see he was being unlucky with other sides getting luck and bad ref decisions etc then I could maybe understand but the bloke is clueless. Its not just this season the end to the last we only stayed up because Stoke bailed us out and Bolton and a referee ****ed up. Hughes has the personality of a dry roasted peanut, he can't send soliders out to war, he can't beat his chest and make the players hairs on the back of their necks stand up as they run out with pride and passion. Clueless tactically, clueless as a motivator and man manager, lucky that he was a good player and interviews well - that's it.

No chance he'll get sacked after a draw, if we lose next week possibly, anything other than a win against Soton and he will definitely be gone IMO!

i think previous boards have ####ed us for getting rid,they were trigger happy with managers and our board dont want to be tared with same brush i feel.
