Agreed, the old part of the village actually looked really nice though, it was just the scumbags from the estates behind were just too close Airport wasn't too bad, being parallel to the runways meant the noise was tolerable, except when Concorde took off, and the windows rattled (no double glazing in a Grade II listed cottage)

Would have been a great place to live a hundred years ago. Pretty much the opposite to where I live now tbf, as I'd be in the middle of the barracks with a german POW camp about to be built!!

Had a 12 team accy the other week with just Barcelona to win againt a team i never even heard of for me to pocket £1200. Was already working out what i was gonna spend it on :-) . Unfortunately it turned out that it was ****ing Barcelona from South America and not the Spanish one and the game finished 0 - 0 with Barcelona missing a penalty. Watched it on a stream with tears coursing down my chops.

yer i saw..####ing typical, i should have put Reading in my accy then they were sure to lose. Gonna watch Lpool v Newcastle now..time for some proper football (you know passing,shooting,passion,tactics that sort of thing)
