Could all the "MH should be sacked" muppets please shut up

We drew at home with an evertone side who are playing well, we played one of the best teams in the premiership away and made a good account of ourselves and dominated for periods and only lost due to a stupid red and an offside goal, neither of those were MH's fault.

I am not his biggest fan, but i think we need to stick with him and really get behind the team. At the start of the season i said i couldn't see us picking up many points until November as the team woudl take time to gel, and look what we now have, watch the matches from the start of the season and see how well we are now playing. Yes, we may be bottom, but our team is really starting to develop nicely, the players are starting to read each others game, we are creating chances and are now defending well. If we started the season playing like this we would be mid-table. In some scenarios, you have to go backwards to go forwards and that is never as true as now. We could have kept the team we had last year (which imho was a championship team) and probably wouldn't be in the bottom 3, but certainly wouldn't finish in the top 15. But now we have rebuilt the team from pretty much scratch and only now are we starting to see results. If the everton and Arsenal games had been the first 2 games of the season, no one would be complaining on here. We would all be saying things looked promising.

I wish to Christ I could see the team and Hughes in the way that you do. I really mean that :-)

"Dominated for periods" and "creating chances"

are you sure about that, Apart from in injury time, QPR hardly threatened Arsenal as the stats confirmed.

The fact is QPR need to start winning games, home and away and at present are not doing so. this is a results business and currently results need to improve if Hughes is to keep his job.

Also his away record with QPR and previously with Fulham is dreadful.

Yes, I would like stability, but it has to come with a good manager.

Many complained last season that Warnock had little tactical knowhow to cope with the Premier League, well so far Hughes seems to be stuck on playing the same system, home or away and does little during the game to adapt. Look at how AVB changed formation and tactics for the 2nd half against QPR. That's the kind of tactical switch Hughes could have made yesterday or earlier in the game at home to West Ham. But he didn't and QPR lost both games they could have got points from.

Like it or not, for Hughes, the clock is ticking.

Deep i can see both sides of the keep and out argument.I realise its not just Hughes that would go all the backroom also.but another way of looking at that is they arnt working at the mo either.

I can see both sides too, just thought that telling someone who'd posted a fairly cogent point to stfu was unhelpful to say the least.

Its cogent btw! - cogent = meaningful, sensible, relevant, knowledgable...that sort of thing! Or being cognitive.
I'm sure Google would throw up a slightly different meaning, but thats the gist of it of the top of the head.
                            OK!
