    Faurlin

Not taking anything away from Park as I thought he had one of his better performances but would have liked Ale to have come on for him when they went down to 10 men. Ale, Adel and Greno would have opened up Evertons defence for the winner.

Would they though? In my opinion that partnership has proven to be skilful but very lightweight.

Faurlin Diakite Granero should be the midfield trio with Taraabt and Hoilett out wide.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Unfortunately enforced subs screwed us again.

1-1 against 10 men and he brings on Nedum and Anton. Very negative substitutions...

Faurlin should have started and played but unfortunately he doesnt sell enough shirts or promote TF's airline as well as Park can...shame as imo Faurlin is a much more effective player than Park. Oh well...maybe TF might let MH pick the team on Saturday?

Everyone saying Hughes should play Faurlin instead of Park... what exactly is your plan for the team? Who plays on the right? Who is responsible for getting close to Zamora and not leaving him isolated? Who is going to break from midfield and get into the box?

My ideal lineup against a good side, certainly away from home, would probably be:

Taarabt / Zamora / Hoilett or Park
                  Granero / Faurlin / Diakite

...so I do agree with people saying 'drop Park for Faurlin', but there does seem to be a lot of froth being spouted by people who haven't really thought this through and just want Ale to play regardless of how he would fit back in the team.

Drop Park, bring back Faurlin and Granero partnership and put Diakite just in the middle to play the holding mid role but can also push up when needed. Team sorted.

                    -------Granero-Diakite-Faurlin----
                    ------Hoilett--Zamora--Taarabt-

That line up on 4-2-3-1 would be good. It's all the rave nowadays.

I totally agree. That's the formation which, with BZ up front, could get us something at Arsenal and Stoke and will get six points in the must win games against Reading and Southampton. I'd like to see Ale in the holding role and Samba pushed forward to the top of the diamond. Holliett would be solid on the right in spite of favouring his left side.

Hughes in the post match interview said as much! Nelson had sore calves, probably didn't help that he played midweek for New Zealand and Traore wasn't yet fit to play the 90!

When you actually read news on qpr before matches you will understand why he done.

Against everton you cannot play 4-3-3 I'm going to paste a post I made earlier.
