    Positives from the Everton game.

I seen a lot of positives from this Everton game. Diakite, Granero, Houliett, Park and Bosingwa started to live to their reputation. My biggest worry remains our defence. Today we were with our best possible back four, yet they froze for their goal and lost concentration that could have cost us the game. Luck is not helping much. Today we did enough to win the game against one of the best teams in the Premier. But our players needs to play with the same determination and stays focused for the whole game against the lesser clubs as well. There's no point doing your best against the best when this may not be enough, and then lower the standards against lesser clubs.
The only negative is that our players do not play direct football and always gives our opponents time to close down and make it difficult for us to penetrate their defence. My last word to the supporters......don't leave it to late to start supporting the team the same way as last season. We are in a very difficult situation and the crowd must stood up and be voicefull.

Agreed about the crowd, we need to liven up and create the same sort of atmosphere from certain games of last season.

But the negative is far outwaying the positive at the moment, and the negative is we're not winning games, no matter how good we play in each game if in the end we can't go on and win them the games then what's the point?

Far far too many tourists there this year , for the record think we were superb today . First time I've enjoyed watching rangers at home this season . I know that's not saying much but it's a step in the right direction . I'm sure if we'd won some of the posters on here would still find a way of moaning , just seems to be the kind of fan we attract . In my opinion that's why we'll struggle with atmosphere especially at home

It's actually depressing coming on here after games. Wasn't it Barnsley at home a couple of years ago where we got booed off after WINNING ?? Only at Qpr . Think I might swerve this board after anything other than a 7 nil win on match days

Midfield worked very well and defence was much better

Mbia looks like he will do a good job for us

Next game play Cisse and Hoillett up front and leave out Zamora

                              Good shout.

I felt like we were running out of ideas up front, or was that just me?

I think we needed Mackie last 10 minutes but we couldn't get him on.
