I thought Diakite had an unimpressive first half, giving the ball away cheaply and looking afraid to tackle anyone (perhaps understandable given his recent suspension record). However, he was outstanding in the second, producing some brilliant slide challenges and making a number of driving runs forward. If he can cut out the bookings, then he has the potential to be a top class Premiership player.
