Playing devils advocate here; if I was a manager & just took over a newly promoted team to The PL & in our first season we only just survived relegation thanks to Bolton being so crap & was offered someone with Parks background; would I sign him?

No idea; I wish we all did know all the answers to the many questions floating about; but we don't.

This is why i am skeptical. I can see the potential for another Flavio type of situation where decisions are made that are to suite another interest other than the future of our club.

Fair enough, but he is also bringing in other good players that we could only dream of.

OK Essex. So having established that,(and sorry if you feel people have made you out to be racist, that is not on), what exactly is it about the "intentions of the owners" that concerns you? Genuine question, as they seem decent, likeable and fair people.

Forgive me if I am confusing you with someone else, but don't you have a brother? Don't you live in a place where travelling to Rangers is a bit of a trek, although you still do it? If I'm right, ask him how welcome he was made to feel when he did something a little out of the ordinary a few years ago. By fans who are from the local area, had supported Rangers all their lives and quite frankly, were old enough to know better. And since that time, I've been deprived of his regular stories which were always good to read.

Again what seems to have been ignored by those against our new asian fansbase is the comments from a couple of posters regarding pricing. People being priced out by the new korean fans is complete drivel. The high prices were under briatore, 40 quid for a category a championship game eg derby and we were rubbish then too. Prices were reasonable when we were in league 1 but we didn't sell out then either. Stainrod and myu also make ome excellent points. Only at qpr do we criticise 'new fans' because some want to return to the old days. What annoys me is that the number of peOple you hear say this outnumbers the amount of people I remember at likes of chestefield! The more the merrier. I'd ****ing love us to be a global brand. I don't want to sit in loftus road in gates of less than 10k playing wycombe.
