HOW CAN PEOPLE FEEL SENTIMENTAL TOWARDS MARK HUGHES


when poor warnock who done wanders was thrown out after producing miracles,the bottom line is that when ever a new manager comes in there is always an improvement in results as long as yyou bring in a gifted manager if we leave it too late then harry will refuse to come on board because the situation will be hopeless


lets get this thing over and done with now and we can move forwards,I know the poll shows the majoritory of you seem to want to give hughsey more time but that was the same with neil warnock
when he was sacked there was an outcry but it was the right move to make at the time,and i feel now is the time to be in control of a situation that is fast spiraling out of control

What I find strange is the following argument of those who still believe in Hughes: he should be given more time because (among other reasons) he has brought in so many staff who work for him, share his vision, are part of his team, etc. Hughes is rebuilding the club structure as he deems necessary for the long term prospect, yadda yadda. Sacking him would mean many/all of them will have to be sacked as well, the structure will suffer and be modified/started all over by the next manager, etc.

To me all this stuff is pointless if we continue being cack on the field under Hughes and get relegated. Relegation will hit us much much much harder than getting rid of him and his people to get another manager in to save us from relegation.

patience chaps, bottom line is i have seen seasons turn quicker than our defence the last 3 games, nothing ol' hughsey could do about that. Have to give him till Xmas , like warnock to see if we can get the points. Agree with one thing, Warnock would hav ehad more than 2 points by now, was it the right thing to get rid??

We are 2 points behind Southampton and 3 behind Villa and Wigan after 7 games. Our next 7 games are:

Everton (h)
Arsenal (a)
Reading (h)
Stoke (a)
Southampton (h)
Sunderland (a)
Aston Villa (h)

I fully expect us to have 9 more points from these games and showing the form we've all seen in glimpses so far. That is still only 14 games gone with 24 more to play. 1st December after the Villa game is a more likely time to question whether or not we need a new manager, not after 7 games that included City, Spurs and Chelsea.
