Results don't mean everything. Against Swansea, we were dominating until they got their first goal via a goalkeeping error. And even in the second half we came out stronger, but they finished us off, and then the heads dropped, and so it ended up being 5-0. People seem to forget we had 11 shots on target, and Mackie should have scored, and then Hoilett had a chance too. Luck was definitely against us that day.
Agsinst Norwich we got a lucky penalty, and then Zamora was already inside the box when it was taken, so it should not have been allowed. We mustered 4 shots on target the whole game. Luck was definitely with us that day, on another day we could have been hammered 4-1.
So, as much as I like TF, I think it is weird that he thinks the Norwich result was a good result, because Norwich have been awful, and we were awful against an awful team.
