I dont think sacking Hughes is the answer but what i will say is the next few games are massive for him, starting Monday. We are 2nd bottom, winless and the gaffer has been backed to the hilt by the board. We are playing against a newly promoted side who have points on the board and are playing with a bit of confidence and will probably come to LR without any real pressure.

It all adds up to a nervous evening come monday.

Personally I'm very happy with what I've seen in the last couple of league games. Yes slightly frustrated but seen more than enough to see we will be very much ok this season.

I can't speak for anybody else but I'm still positive and am certainly NOT calling for anybody to be sacked!

Hughes has brought in some very good players and on paper we have a good team that I believe will more than hold its own in the Prem. But, as we all know, it takes a bit of time for players to get to know each other and start playing well together. Couple that with some difficult early matches and we are at the bottom. But ONE WIN will lift us well clear, so it is VERY early days yet. I'm still very confident we will finish in the middle eight.
