  • Andrius Velicka lines up against QPR...

Lithuanian International striker Andrius Velicka just agreed season long loan from Glasgow Rangers to Bristol City. With virtually a goal every other game throughout his career including 89 in 166 ( 1 in 1.3) from 2002 -2008 and 4 in 8 for Rangers last season. How come our scouts can't find someone like this but Johnson can???

at a guess..............if he was that good someone would have already signed him

          or

we made inquiries & were told he's not going anywhere

          or

the player rejected our offer a 5 figure sum (think Gianni said it was £199.50 a week) plus a 1 bedroom flat (above the chip shop by the ground)

          or

we're after someone a lot better, premiership player (that's all i can say for now)

bloody hell the guy sounds a cracker (that;s from me)

If he was that good why would Glasgow Rangers let him go for a season the SPL is hardly the PL especially considering his 1 in 1.3 goal scoring ratio....**** me with those kinda of stats hes got to take the CCC golden boot this season???

If he was any good, G;asgow Rangers would have kept him

if he had been loaned to us, some would still be moaning.

3rd choice to win the SPL are 100-1, so no wonder these guys score goals

Straight replacement for Adebola. Strong in the air and a good player with a good scoring record in a poor league. Him and Maynard upfront is a very good partnership and if they continue to have goals disallowed they'll beat many many teams this season.
