All that is holding this 'deal' up is how much subsidising QPR have to do of his wages at Marseilles and whether it can be hidden in the transfer fee for Mbia, thus making it look on the surface as though his contract had indeed been torn up; that way everybody saves face.

Oh, and it's definitely not about money.

            Great news
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Maybe Qpr trying to sell him rather than loan him out

Wonder if there might might be some sort of swap deal involved, M'bia plus cash for Barton?

Mbia is worth at least 10/15 mill,Barton is 30 a fruit and worth about 5 if lucky and you want a swap with cash lol

Bet the stumbling block is,they will do a loan swap with Mbia but want us to pay Mbias wages and prob most of Bartons too.
