80k must be a wind up. I am far more inclined to believe the 2.5mil EUROS a year so 48,000 EUROS a week. Can you really turn down the chance to sign a Champions League winner and someone who has 64 caps for Brazil? If Green carries on playing and makes more errors until January EVERYONE will be saying "oh ffs we should have signed someone better in the summer". He brings a winning mentality and was the best keeper in europe when Inter won the Champions League.

      80k might include bonuses.

Whatever the lad gets paid with our defence currently as it is he will at least earn his money.

That sounds more feasible and I agree that it makes more sense to bring in someone with this pedigree now, rather than take a chance that we will be Ok, then regretting it in January.

love these reports on players wages I wounder sometime if the player say I wish. No one ever knows what someone on unless they are quoted in saying it which most never do.

Top signing when/if it happens. TF certainly backing Hughes and mid table SHOULD be us.

Just seen the clip of his arrival at LR on SSN. I think he'll be signing today. Can't see him coming all this way to talk about moving without the contract being dealt with already.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Not without a couple of CBs. I think we are still looking at potential relegation.

If we want to stay up this season we're going to need a keeper of Cesar's calibre what with the poxy defence we have.

now this would be a marquee signing...just hope there is still time to fill in the other gaps before the window shuts.

1 Quality CB like Dawson and we'll be fine.

Typical QPR we are the only team that signs a Brazilian Int and he can't pass, take free kicks or score goals!

                              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                              And many more mistakes
