I agree save aa much as I hate Chelsea, I want us to stay in this league more even if that means me wanting the scum to beat the bottom halve clubs.

I'm not suggesting your idea of hoping Chelsea beat what we assume will be a league rival is bad. I agree to an extent. I'm offering the viewpoint that this match is irrelevant to our results. If we're good enough to beat Reading, we will. It's the second match of the season. Reading could finish 8th for all we know. Reading beating Chelsea will not change how well play against them. If anything, it may provide a blueprint to beating Chelsea for ourselves in just a few weeks time.

What I'm saying is worry about ourselves. Not others. Especially at this stage of the season.
