Jobs for the boys? Pointless Birch?

just watched Birchams interview on World.:what:

Sorry, and i know I'll pish off many from Gianni to Pete but..

    WHY?

He comes across as a non league member of staff....sorry GP but employing ex "legends" to keep us sweet dont always work.

If I had a kid I would not want him under this dudes tutorship.

This has been our problem for many years.Look at our ex-managers the last 30 years and see how many are ex-Rangers players.

I would rather see the brain rule the heart.I want the best people employed, regardless of their previous clubs.

alot of our team could take a leaf out of birchams book. at least he used to play for the shirt, 100% every week. more than what could be said for alot of our current squad

                  Don't see why though.

If you wanna keep the fans happy then sign a striker with proven ability.

I would like us to put a bid in for Simeon Jackson.

slightly unfair, Bircham is in an assistant position thus learning his trade as well as acting up but also has only been in the job a month. Now Scott how long you been in your new job, how about we discuss if youre good enough or are we not in a position to do that.

                        :boss:
