I'm sure Tony is not jumping the gun with it. For all we know everything our end could be completed but until its rubber stamped with the FA we might be just holding back. Could also be we haven't finished our business yet and we want to do a BIG announcement. There is still four hours to go before the FA shuts the doors for players to play this weekend (I think its 5pm - correct me if I'm wrong).

Tony has never really spoke to the press about names we are targeting, not his style. I wouldn't worry about it.

Even if it's not confirmed in time for Saturday's match, Bosingwa has been without a club since June so he might need a bit of time to get match fit.
