You assume a stand alone budget for transfers, but if you have a total budget wages and transfers for the year and you ship out high earning under performing and non playing players, you get a different story.

One has a figure of £7m plus or shipping out off the pay bill the likes of Vine, Cooke, Shittu, Ramage and all the others leaves you with £1.5m.
