Worst transfer window in QPR history?

No not this one. Only the most blinkered of fans couldn't see that we've done some excellent business this window; certainly the best out of the lower half teams.

I'm talking about years gone by when it most of our new signings were lower league journeymen or random foreigners from the Finish third tier. If a new signing had a wikipedia page it was considered a bonus!

We've had some real stinkers over the years, anyone remember the 2006/07 summer window?

Who can forget QPR legends such as:

    John Curtis
    Egutu Oliseh
    Sampsa Timoska
    Danny Cullip
    Zesh Rehman
    Nick Ward
    Chris Barker
    Daniel Nardiello

The only ones who were half decent were Blackstock and Bolder.

Has there ever been a worse window for business? 2004/05 was pretty poor too.

We'd have been better off letting Paladini flush a few million down the toilet.

Actually Danny Cullip was quite key to a survival season for us

Some seriously terrible players on that list! Barker, slowest left back I've ever seen! As for Oliseh and Curtis...Christ almighty...
Didn't we sign Adam Czerkas, Armel Tchakounte and Marcin Kus in the same season?

True,........ although I thought it was more to do with Thompson refusing to give Gerry money!!!

What a great team we had though, my dad still has the season reviews on vhs, must get them recorded on to a DVD.

Yeah we did have a great team as you say, when we crashed out of the prem so easily in Wilkins 1st full season it did come as a shock to me even though we had sold Les
