    Jamie Mackie

Apparently pulled out of the Scotland squad due to a calf injury... Not good news with the season starting this week.

We've got more than enough cover for him, if the same had happened last season we'd have been in trouble. Saying that, I wish him a speedy recovery.

Worrying news. He is our plan B, if the other attackers don´t perform in our first. All the best to Jamie Mackie.

How many players pull out of pointless internationals due to "knocks", only to turn out for their Club the following weekend? I would say don't panic.

Could just be lies, saving him for the weekend, wouldn't surprise me.

Will be astounded if he isn't in the match day squad

Yep. We have Wright-phillips who against all odds is one fire - and Junior hoillet. Not worried about that, more worried about our CM and CB's.

Scored in last cpl appearances against the Swans.

Going to have £20 on Mackie to score anytime and £20 on a 3-0 Win
Queens Park Rangers, simply the best.
