    musings on Wycombe

I really enjoyed last night’s match. Loads of positives, in no particular order –
    1. New signings we could only have dreamed of a few years back
    2. A Rangers team that gave a proper performance – lots of good stuff for a friendly
    3. Jamie Mackie –Mr 100% - a good old fashioned favourite player from another era.
    4. Hogan – I thought he did really well when he came on – did not look out of place amongst such august company.
    5. Ali Faurlin – what a gent and quite happy to get amongst the fans.
    6. Brilliant support, in number and in attitude –virtually no getting on player’s backs – keep that up and we’ll make a real difference this season.
    7. Another new signing –someone called Dyer, who actually did ok – On the way out we spotted what might have been his wheelchair, but the rather unphotogenic “nurse” did not need to use it -instead posing for pictures with it as the R’s departed.

All in all a brilliant night

what was the atmosphere like, being accuse by the tarquins as ''quiet''
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

How exactly do they know - could they not get tickets for the women's football? Actually, there was plenty of noise.
