Fair enough, whatever floats your boat. Do keep watching the Games though, it's fascinating watching the drama and emotion, regardless of who you're supporting (or wishing to lose :grining

Opening ceremony was widely well received, with a few dissenting voices. Worst bit for me was hearing that NBC decided that the moving tribute to the 7/7 victims wouldn't play well to their US viewers and they cut it from their coverage.
