Absolutely no chance what so ever. Man City will pay him off and he will join Spurs.

Ludicrous if it's true Spurs can't meet his wage demands, i would actually be dissapointed if we did.... He's a football mercenary of the highest order.

His wages are stupid. Great player buy I really hope this isn't true. Just get a cb now, maybe Ki as well
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I was thinking about it, and apparently the stumbling block is Adebayor wants City to pay the five million transfer fee to him to compensate for the lower wages. We could just bid five then offer him another five, still a fantastic buy for 10 million!

He puts the ball in the net. We are losing our heads if we would chose to pass on a player of his caliber.

He is happy to be at spurs on a lot lower wages however what he has supposedly said to man city is he wants the full transfer fee lol. He has a point he will probably be sold and earn 50-60k else where but if he stays at city chills out enjoys life he gets 170k a week what the hell was city thinking lol.

now since Tony joined, and following the business we have done this summer, I have become confident that we could land most of our targets, Junior for instance beating off massive competition,......but this?........no chance!

Yep seventeen goals last season home cisse Zamora and Johnson look a great choice. Let's be honest would you have a great deal of confidence if cisse gets injured?

Its just the opening gambit of a game to fleece Man City of the transfer fee, he'll get a nice big cheque and be a spurs player for the start of the season.
