Like most managers Hughes has a trusted group of players and Samba is very much one of them, I'm sure he's interested in signing him it just comes down to whether we want to splash the cash.

How much do we think we'd have to pay to get him? Surely Anzhi won't sell for less than £15-£20 million? Do we really wanna spend that much on one player? better younger defenders who play in other leagues available for less. Hell, Vertongen only cost Spurs £12 million!

Yes Anzhi paid over £12million for him and I can't see us spending that sort of money. He's also currently on £100k a week.

Don't get me wrong I'd like to see him comes but not convinced by these rumours.
