Comparing Joey Barton to Stan Bowles......ffs

How many 12 game bans did Stan get?

Exactly. Joey is a troubled individual and I wouldn't be surprised if a psychologist declared him mentally ill, but he cares about QPR.

Stan Bowles, the smoking, drinking, gambling legend of a footballer who truly lit up the pitch versus Joey Barton

on that Norwich thread - loved one guys username -" Superman wears Grant Holt pyjamas in bed " funny in itself, but the fact he had to qualify where pyjamas are worn - maybe they wear them in other places, apart from bed, in Norwich! :drunk:

As a footballer especially as QPR player he has my support.

An opinion is just that, it's not a fact. Joey's always entitled to his. Fair play to him cracking on with training. He will be making those youngsters at Fleetwood summer, he'll be doing it gracefully. Well done Joey and can't wait to have you back mate!!
                      Well said.

Amazed how some fans seem to have forgiven him after the City game. If Stoke hadn't of rescued us from jail he'd be public enemy number 1 in W12. I'd normally be able to forgive him if he did that in any other game but in one of the most important games in our history! He's a liability and not a good enough player to justify the huge wages he's on.

If my aunty had bo11ocks and all that....

Also, how do you know what "huge wages" he is on? The papers up his weekly wage by 5k every time they print a story about him.
