That's the path I'd probably take to eradicate the problem.

It's a thought, but sadly the wife's shotgun is in her sister's gun case....

There's a couple of places like that nearby that I' need to get out and photograph. It would mean getting up at 5am for the best light, and that's a bit of a no-no for me

I am into photography and I would absolutely LOVE to photograph a field like this, it looks beautiful and surreal at the same time. Haven't found one in Estonia yet. So I envy you and you don't have to wake up early, I am sure a sunset there would be as amazing

Some friends from another forum went out a 4:30 am and got some stunning results, something about the sunrise light works perfectly on lavender.
