I don't think anyone has said he's not good, simply they think Cisse is better, and i personally can't imagine MH playing those two players together. IF that were to be the case, i don't want Cisse benched and cant see Defoe agreeing to come to sit on the bench either.. i expect he'd ask for some sort of guarantees to play, which we won't give.

End result is i don't think hes the right option considering the cost also. I actually think a cut price RSC would possibly be ideal as could be a target man or link player in different formations, as well as play as a front 2 or lone striker. He also gets goals too...
