            when all the residential plans were put in place TF and co were not on the horizon. those plans are still in consultation (with protests). i think rival bids can be placed...hope so anyway.

                      also as i said previously on a thread Bircham on talksport about a week ago when asked about plans ....paraphrased something like "i think its come down to 2 sites, the only ones im aware of are white city and unigate"
