Silver can i ask... you seem to be well clued up on this....how come then the police reckon they can throw fans out of a ground, and give them a banning order for obscene chanting that would be captured on cctv?
Surely if this is mot admissible in court, the police are working outside the law with the banning orders.Comment

they could challenge the CCTV, but they will have police saying they heard it as well as stewards, also i doubt many fans challenge it in the same way JT did because we can never afford a QC to deal with a magistrate court case.Silver can i ask... you seem to be well clued up on this....how come then the police reckon they can throw fans out of a ground, and give them a banning order for obscene chanting that would be captured on cctv?

Notwithstanding what we all know Terry to be, without rock solid evidence to disprove his argument ("repeating an allegation made to him, and dismissing it") this should never have gone to trial in the first place.
In fact you could even argue that thanks to the taxpayer Terry has managed to clear up his image more so than if it had never gone to court at all.Comment

Matty - I like you - I do. Even with your BMI issues. I am not being petulant, I am just trying to make a point that people are not dealing with facts. People have posted nonsence for ages about this. The police would not arrest you and the courts would not throw you in jail if CCTV filmed you saying something. Everyone blames the FA when it has nothing to do with them and we have to explain it and re-explain it because people make statements that are simply not true. I am just bored of people talking rubbish to try and make a point.Comment

That's Cole's problem. Don't want any QPR player telling lies on the witness stand, just because we don't like John Terry.
Justice may not have been served here, or at least we're not convinced by it, but perverting justice is not something to encourage tbfComment
