The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. To "plead the Fifth" or to "take the Fifth" is a refusal to answer a question because the response could form self incriminating evidence.

      Ook!! Point taken.

My source tells me Blackburn's Junior Hoilett will now fly out to Germany over the weekend to speak with Borussia Moenchengladbach.
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

But I don't get it. So many people were saying we had him. Some really big twitter followed accounts said he's our. Fulham Chronicle said we're closing in (which they normally post just before we sign someone). I really don't get it. As far as I saw it was a matter of time before he signed

If he's wh0ring himself about move on.

I understand he has to get himself the best possible deal but if Newcastle can't keep him happy & us who are doing some serious business that probably tells me he's being super greedy.

Good player but no world beater.

Maybe i'm being stupid but I still think we will get him by the way, just seeing what the German side offer as it's really in his hands

Ji Park left Man Utd to come here and said he doesnt care about the money it was the clubs ambition that sold it to him. As for Hoilett hang him out to dry. Move on.

If he doesn't sign for us then I'm glad its the German side, wouldn't have liked to see him playing against us next year. Could really have seen us not signing him coming back to haunt us

exactly if this is the case he needs to remember who he was playing for last season and where they are now, and how much of a contribution did he make to these circumstances.

With this lad and his dad it really is whoever pays the highest and meats the fathers agents fee, leave well alone and go for another option. Clubs always have one or two so forget this lad and move on. Jarvis is out there, would cost more in transfer money but less in agents fee, and weekly salary. He has already priced himself out of a move to Germany once, but i can see him moving out there.

Id of preferred him to join a PL team then we can give him some mouth when he comes to LR.
